		<description>Make sure it has a strong enough magnet to stick on the refrigerator (or such)  without falling or sliding. The magnet pull needs to be strong (too many are not). And you should have something on each hand to balance (or toes-wrist ect). The necklace should hang some in back unless it is small enough. Even though they say water proof try not (if it does do not worry) to water it for long periods. Always were at night-supposedly at a relax state you get more from magnet and more even results.
