Melty Beads. What setting do you have to iron them on and for how long?

I recently found those colorful beads that you arange on a peg board and iron only I lost the directions and I don't know how long or how hot to iron them. Any help would be appriciated!

    Keep the iron on a med-high setting, with no steam. move the iron back and forth slowly. It only takes about 10-20 seconds, depending on how gently you press down. (you don't need to press down to much) ****the beads come with parchment paper to put between them and the iron**** It is very important to use this, even if your iron has a non stick coating. iron one side, let it cool a little on the peg board, then flip it over, take the board off and put more parchment paper on, (or reuse the first sheet.) iron the second side. You should be able to see weather the beads have flattened enough to stick together. If there is a section that didn't work you can always iron it again. It's not that picky. I use a wood cutting board (For chopping veggies and such) rather than an ironing board, because my ironing board has that squishy top, and I like the firmer surface.
