horn is lucky
blue bead could be the evil eye (that is if it looks like an eye)
i dont know why they cant be worn together
maybe im wrong about the bead though- ive only seen one blue bead charm and it was an evil eye…….. but like i said it needs to have an eye pattern
if they sold them together you can wear them together.
