What kind of glue would I use to glue beads to the exterior of my car?

I bought a beater car for a few hundred bucks that I'm going to decorate all crazy. I'm going to use a mixture of spray paint, and gluing things onto it such as thousands of beads. I was wondering if there's a special kind of glue to use that will survive the outdoor world and highway driving? On the cheap too, if that's possible, since I'll probably need a lot of it!

An epoxy type glue would probably work the best.
I wouldn’t recommend hot glue since the change in temperatures would make it "pop" off the car.

Gorilla glue may work, but don’t get it on you. You could also try super glue, or e6000
