What size (mm) beads would be used on a headpin? I'm confused. <_<.

That depends on the size of the hole in your bead and the size of the head on your pin. A head pin is made to stop a bead coming off the end of the wire. You will need to match the headpins you have with beads that have holes slightly smaller than the head of your headpins.
