where can i find wholesalers for jewelry findings and beads? or a cheap place?

Im Trying to start up a business of making memorial jewelry , I have my tax number etc. trying to figure out how to find wholesalers in jewelry findings, beading etc. I do searches and all i come up with is sites saying wholesale but when you enter its retail. also does anyone know a correct way in making beads from flower petals? mine are not coming out right Thanks!

   Not sure about the kind of jewelry findings you look for. I’m using silver and gold findings and highly recommend Pasternak Findings:

   I’ve been told you can find people selling things on craigslist.
   Fire Mountain Gems is a great source, though perhaps not wholesale.
   Oriental Traders–ditto, tho quality isn’t quite up to Fire Mountain

   Skip the internet searches; pick up a beaders’ magazine like BeadStyle or Bead Button. A number of the ads inside say they are wholesale. Never checked them myself, as my work is much more small-scale.
