The meringue is overcooked and the egg white (albumen, protein) has denatured and released water molecules which then weep out. Try this recipe. The cornstarch helps stabilize the meringue.

NEVER-FAIL MERINGUE
from a newspaper(1980 ) and its' from Ann Landers.

1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. cold water
1/2 cup boiling water
3 egg whites
6 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt

Blend cornstarch and cold water in a saucepan. Add boiling water and cook, stirring until clear and thickened. Let stand until COMPLETELY cold. With electric mixer at high speed, beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add sugar and beat until STIFF, but not dry. Turn mixer to low speed add salt and vanilla. Gradually beat in cold cornstarch mixture. Turn mixer again to high speed and beat well. Spread meringue over cooled pie filling. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.

Nope, you either need smaller beads, more / better lube & make sure to go one at a time. It depends on the material of the beads as well, silk is softer than jelly ones. If its pain or discomfort stop b/c its not supposed to be, unless this your first time using them, then maybe a little discomfort.

Put your beads in with crumpled newspaper into an airtight container, like a large ziplock bag or big tupperware container. The newspaper should suck the stink right out of them. You can also put coffee (unused) into a dish then lay the beads around, not in, the dish and put that inside a bigger airtight container. Within 3 or 4 days they odor should be gone.

There may not be any sites in Malaysia that sell them, so you may have to buy them from outside the country.

I think you can get superglue glass, made especially for gluing glass or transparrent items. The secret to superglue by the way is one small drop per square inch, don't go spreading it all over the surface.. In the case of glass beads you would just need a tiny drop per bead.
